Common questions
Do you take a commission on payments?
No. Cash comes to you and UPI goes straight to your account. CloudMess only keeps the record; the money never passes through us.
Will my members use the app?
Members do nothing on a normal day except scan before a meal. If they won’t eat tomorrow, they say so in the app that night. The member app is free on Google Play.
I’m not good with apps. Can I manage?
We set it up sitting with you. After that it’s one screen a day, like checking your messages.
What if there’s no internet?
With the printed QR, a member’s scan is saved on their phone and recorded when the network returns. The owner app needs internet.
What does it cost?
Free during the pilot. When a price is set, we’ll tell you in advance, and you decide whether to continue.
